ExpiryPal helps you remember when warranties, subscriptions, insurance and documents expire. The app works without an account: your items and reminders are stored only on your phone.
What we store on our servers
- Device id: a random install id, the push notification token, platform and app version, so we can send app announcements.
- Account (only if you continue with Google): your name, email address, profile photo link and Google account id.
- Purchase status (Premium): the Google Play purchase token and plan status. We never see your card or wallet details.
- Your content (Premium backup): the items you track and any receipt photos you attach.
How we use it
- To back up and sync your items across your phones.
- To send emails about your account and Premium plan (welcome, trial ending, payment received, data export).
- To send occasional app announcements by push notification. You can turn these off in Android settings.
We do not sell your data and do not show ads.
Sharing
We use Google (sign-in, Google Play billing, Firebase Cloud Messaging) and an email provider to run the service. They process data only to provide these services.
Security and retention
Data is sent over HTTPS. Receipt photos are stored privately and are only reachable through short-lived links. When you delete your account, we delete your account and backed up data right away.
Your choices
You can export your data from Settings (Premium) and delete your account any time — see how to delete your account.
